Hand and Wrist Pain
The hand and wrist are made up of an intricate assortment of bones, ligaments, tendons and nerves. In addition, they are involved in almost every activity of daily living, and as such, they can be easily injured especially with overuse. The wrist is especially prone to injury since it is the flexible link between the hand and the forearm. Whenever you tradeoff flexibility for stability, it makes the area more likely to sprain. This can be due to a fall, or overuse of the joint from desk work or handy work.
